How to Request a Withdrawal

The process takes under two minutes once your KYC is done. Follow these steps on the wg8 app or mobile site:

KYC Verification – Overview

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a one-time identity check. You must complete it before your first withdrawal. It protects your account and ensures your money goes to the right person. The review takes up to 12 hours, but most accounts are approved within a couple of hours.

KYC Upload Steps

   Take a selfie holding your document next to your face. Both your face and the document text must be legible.

   Tap Submit. The review takes up to 12 hours. You will get a notification once approved. Then your first withdrawal is unlocked.
