These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the wg8 platform, including the website at wg8.vin and any associated mobile applications. Please read every section carefully before you create an account or place a bet. By registering with wg8, you agree to be bound by all the rules stated here.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wg8 and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules published on the site.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with wg8, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an account closed or banned by wg8.

During registration you must provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. wg8 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time. False information will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

One account per person

Each player may hold only one active wg8 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be voided. If you suspect someone has opened an account in your name, contact support immediately.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. wg8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for an extra layer of protection.

KYC verification

You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. KYC review takes up to 12 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is approved.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

wg8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are credited within approximately 2 minutes of confirmation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal in a single day is ৳50,000 (higher limits apply for Gold tier and above). Withdrawals are processed within approximately 10 minutes once approved. First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour due to the KYC review step.

wg8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own charges. Always verify with your provider before initiating a transfer.

Deposit and withdrawal methods must match wherever possible. Funds deposited via bKash must ordinarily be withdrawn to the same bKash number unless your account manager has approved an alternative arrangement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

wg8 offers a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of ৳25,000. For example, a ৳500 deposit would receive an additional ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a starting balance of ৳1,500.

All bonus funds — including any winnings generated from them — are subject to a 12× wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses that are not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.

Reload bonuses of 20% are available on qualifying subsequent deposits. A daily cashback of 1% on net losses is credited every day at midnight (UTC+06). The referral bonus of ৳100 per successful referral is paid once the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit.

wg8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer or placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on wg8 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Playtech, FA Chai, JILI, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, PG Soft, and JDB. Each game operates according to its own published rules and the RTP figures listed on the game's information page. wg8 does not alter game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical error during a game session — such as a disconnection or server fault — wg8 will attempt to settle the round based on the state of play at the time of the error. If settlement cannot be determined fairly, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Decisions made under these circumstances are final.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wg8:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profit (matched betting on wg8 markets).
• Using stolen payment methods or making fraudulent chargebacks.
• Creating accounts for minors or allowing persons under 18 to use your account.
• Any attempt to launder money through the platform.

Engaging in any of the above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

wg8 may suspend or close your account at any time if we determine that you have breached these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we identify unusual activity that warrants investigation. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, play, or withdraw.

9. Responsible Gaming

wg8 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. All players should set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits. If you feel that gambling is affecting your finances or wellbeing, use the self-exclusion option in your account settings or contact our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

wg8 provides its services "as is." We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wg8 will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in that month. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or gross negligence by wg8.

11. Changes to These Terms

wg8 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
